Question from Pamela Eyden: Asked on 19/01/2013 I've had this tv before, and although I liked it for the short time it was alive, it went to sleep after about 6 hours and wouldn't wake up. What is your policy i.e. repair, exchange or refund if this happened to one of your tv's. I struggled to get a refund from the retailer and they wanted me to pay to have it packaged and returned to them, because I refused the repair they wanted me to have. It cost me £399 + £20 delivery. Also is it possible for you to: put on base and have tv running for a while before its posted out to make sure its 'fit for purpose'-I guess not but no harm in asking as I struggle to put the base on televisions
