Connection of Freestanding Washing Machines, Washer Dryers or Dishwashers.

The service includes:

• Position of your appliance in the room of choice
• Connect the appliance to an existing water supply, waste pipe and power point (3-pin plug)
• Level the appliance
• On relevant laundry items the transit bolts will be removed
• Remove all the packaging

The following criteria must be met to enable a successful connection

• Connection can only take place in domestic properties
• There is enough space to fit the new appliance
• There is easy access to a working water connection and an independent waste outlet (if required) for the appliance
• Hoses must be provided if they do not come with the appliance
• If not required, the hot water should be capped off
• All stop valves are working correctly
• The connection should not require any carpentry work or an electrician to connect the appliance, we cannot hard wire these in
• The water connection should be within 1 metre of the appliance inlet (the inlet pipe usually connects at the rear left of the machine, so if you're supply is on the right hand side you may need it within 40cm of the appliance)

We cannot issue a refund if any of the requirements are not met by the customer.
