"Often you can't tell how good a company is until something goes wrong, we had a fault with our oven, and after 2 months of arguing with the manufacturer and repeated failed attempts for them to fix it, we spoke to appliances direct to try to return it under the sales of goods act. Had excellent service, they phoned us back, they contacted the manufacturer and managed to agree that it will be replaced (something I wasn't able to get the manufacture to agree to - even though we had a non-functioning oven) went that extra mile to arrange for a replacement to be delivered at a convenient time for us within a week.
