This Richmond range cooker is the ultimate when it comes to cooking versatility. Its dual fuel design with its array of ovens is perfect for foodies and also pretty handy if you're catering for a large family or love to entertain. Being dual fuel you get the best of both, precise control and instant heat with a gas hob alongside even, reliable temperatures with multiple electric ovens.
The gas hob features seven burners, so you won't struggle for space when you're boiling and frying up a feast. One of the seven is a large wok burner, this burner provides intense heat and as it's larger it's ideal for large cookware, providing even heat across the base of your pots and pans. The hob has been equipped with cast iron pan supports, which are highly hardwearing and they ensure your cookware is going nowhere. Each burner has a flame failure safety device too, ensuring if the flame where to ever go out the gas supply will be cut off, giving you peace of mind.
You're spoilt for choice when it comes to oven cooking. There's four cavities to choose from and each has its own benefits to suit particular dishes. Cavity one at the top left is a conventional oven, this means it will be hotter at the top, so it's ideal for more traditional style cooking. This is also where the variable grill lives, with a dual circuit you can adjust the power supplied to suit the size of your dish.
Cavity number two at the bottom left is a multifunction oven, this could quite possibly the oven you will turn to the most as it boasts nine functions. You can literally cook up anything in this oven as it has top heat, bottom heat, a fan and functions combining heat sources. There's also a handy defrost function which comes in ideal for quickly thawing food.
At the top right of the oven, the third cavity is a fanned oven. This oven also benefits from a defrost function and it is perfect for cooking multiple dishes at the same temperature as the fan evenly distributes the heat around the oven cavity, it's great for baking too!
Finally cavity number four at the bottom right is a slow cook oven. This oven provides less power as it has been designed to act just like a slow cooker. It's just what you need for tender and juicy joints of meat or a delicious flavour infused casserole.
