- Love the look. :-)
I can actually see the food cooking with the LED lights
Like the versatility of the Divider giving one big oven or two small ones.
It's well insulated and Energy conscious operation.
This is a lot of cooking space for an under counter oven.
It is built well inside. The internal wire has high temperature insulation, the relays are made by Omron, a premium brand, and the Electrolytic capacitors are 105°C rated for long life.
- My oven was a graded product because it had a tiny dent in the side at the back. It was also a bit dented underneath. Otherwise perfect.
The space on the cabinet must be completely clear of obstructions at the back. The back JUST rested on the gas pipe to the job. After about 30 minutes this stopped the fan in the top oven. I turned it off to stop any harm.
There are two holes in the back of the oven that should have the motor shafts poking throuh. On my oven the holes did not line up with the motor shafts. This may be due to the heavy handling in the past or less than accurate metalwork. It would have not been a problem without both issues. Quick modification with tin snips....
It took about 5 hours at max temperature to get rid of the smell from the new insulation. The manual says 2, but this is not uncommon for any modern oven, judging from internet comments.
The bars on the shelves are too far apart to grill, like it shows in the instructions, as food falls through. Just as well I kept the grill tray from the old oven.
The drip tray for grilling is separate, so it takes a bit of synchronisation to avoid dripping bacon fat on the inside of the door.
No keep warm setting on the bottom oven, to using it as a warming drawer
There were only 2 standard shelves supplied with the oven.
The buzzer could be louder. We won't hear this one from the lounge. I will fit a bigger piezo speaker when it's out of warranty.
