This model’s extraction mechanism uses a highly efficient DC motor and LED downlights, each of which draw only three Watts each – a significant reduction in power usage over previous models' halogen-based lighting technology. The DA6690 introduces the very latest in wireless hood-to-hob communication technology: Con@ctivity 2.0. Paired with compatible hobs, the hood will automatically adjust extraction settings to match hob use, minimising energy usage.

The hood also features stainless steel, quick-release, dishwasher-friendly grease filters for easy cleaning, keeping maintenance to a minimum.
