Electrolux have provided the tools to be able to produce perfect results every time you cook. Choose between the eight cooking modes to find the perfect settings to suit each dish so you know it will be beautifully cooked with even results.
The integrated FoodProbe is an amazing feature that means you will enjoy perfect roasts and meats each time. Set it to rare, medium or well done and insert it into your piece of meat. It will then monitor the temperature at the centre of the joint and, when the optimum temperature has been reached, the oven will automatically switch off, leaving you with perfect results.
An extra-large fan and the new air-guide system produces a constant temperature throughout the entire oven, delivering even cooking results wherever your dish is placed.
It couldn't be easier to control the EOA5641BOX. Push in/push out knobs give you full control over the temperature and let you choose between the eight cooking modes so you can accurately adjust the settings to match the food you are cooking at the time.
Push buttons provide control over cooking duration and end-time settings as well as activating the countdown function. The LED display gives you clear information including the actual temperature and the settings you have selected.
This oven's catalytic coating absorbs grease and other cooking residues. When the temperature is set to 220°C, any grease or residue that has been absorbed is burnt away, leaving clean, fresh results.
The door features VelvetClosing® technology which ensures it is never slammed shut. If you are rushing around and close the door with some force, when it reaches a certain angle, it will automatically slow down and this technology gently pulls the door closed in a silent motion.
