This AEG maxi-sense hob is packed with intuitive features to make cooking in the kitchen easier and enjoyable. The design itself offers a more spacious cooking area than others of its kind. The four cooking zones in three sizes have been arranged carefully to give you optimum space when using large pots and pans or when using four zones at once. You'll also find the hob has a handy FlexiBridge function which enables four cooking segments to connect so you can create the right cooking area for your needs, perfect for both small and extra-large cookware.

Being an induction hob it will heat up quickly and it won't provide heat until it detects a compatible pan as it uses magnetic technology. As it directly heats the pan and not the hob surface it wastes less energy compared to other types of hobs and it's much safer as the hob surface won't become hot enough to burn. There's 15 power levels to select from for each cooking zone using an easy slider touch control for precision. You can get pots and pans up to boiling point fast too with the auto-max function, which will then drop the heat to a pre-selected heat setting to then carry on cooking. If you're ever interrupted when cooking or need to step away from the hob there's a handy stop and go function which keeps the zone warm until you return and then it will return to its previous setting to carry on cooking. With a count up timer for each zone you can easily see how long each zone has been cooking for too.

With a sleek and smooth glass surface this hob is super easy to wipe clean. Residual heat indicators will let you know when the hob is completely safe to the touch. If your pans accidentally spill over whilst cooking the surface and induction heating method make it easy for you to wipe up there and then instead of waiting till after you've finished.
