This Bertazzoni range cooker offers style, versatility and all-round convenience when it comes to any cooking task. Perfect for large families and larger households, it combines a 103L electric oven with a full width grill and a five-burner gas hob, giving you all the tools you need to cook up a storm whether you’re preparing lunch, a family dinner or baking cakes.
With such a huge capacity, the oven can handle anything up to larger roasts, with room available for sides and other dishes – perfect for celebratory meals and dinner parties. The full-width grill is housed in the oven cavity and can be combined with the fan for different cooking results. As this oven is fan assisted, the temperature remains consistent throughout the cavity so you can confidently place items at any level and know they will be evenly cooked.
The gas hob offers plenty of space, with five burners spread across the top of the cooker. Varying in size, as you would expect, the central double burner features a wok attachment and simmer ring to help add another level of versatility to this cooker. Cast iron pan supports ensure stability as you cook, withstanding even the heaviest of pans and coping with the more enthusiastic chef. There are flame failure safety devices for added peace of mind too.
Simple dial controls give you quick and accurate selection and adjustment to oven features and hob flame height. Accompanied by a classic temperature gauge, you’ll get a clear indication of the temperature inside the oven as you cook. The door is triple glazed, keeping the heat inside so you’ll save energy as well as making the outside of the door safer to touch. By removing the inner pane of glass, you can enjoy a more thorough clean.
