I am disappointed with this machine. It has no long knife shelf nor small accessory holder. I have tried to obtain these but to no avail and after making several enquiries and telephone calls, I have given up.

Although it has a good choice of wash cycles, it is extremely difficult to tell what cycle is on due to being unable to see what setting the dial is on!
