The Bosch SMS40A08GB dishwasher offers more than enough space for clean-up time after a large family meal. With 12 place settings and flexible design elements you can arrange your dishes easily to accommodate a full or half load.

Design flexibility

Vario basket system
Providing you with additional storage for all your cutlery, fitting perfectly in the lower basket of the dishwasher. This basket is removable making it easy to fill and empty.

Rackmatic height adjustable top basket
Adjusting in 3 stages up and down by 5cm. Making it easy to adjust the height of the upper basket, even when its fully loaded. Allowing you to easily accommodate larger dishes in the lower baskets. Rackmatic gives you more flexibility to fit taller items in either the top or bottom rack as required.

Foldable racks
2 Foldable plate racks in the bottom dishwasher basket and 2 foldable cup shelves in the upper basket make fitting larger or awkward dishes such as casserole dishes in to the dishwasher effortless.

Knife rack
With a knife rack in the top basket you can store your larger more dangerous knifes safely without trying to squeeze them into the lower Vario basket.

Superior wash

Once the dishes are loaded and you’re ready to go the front fascia of the dishwasher is simple and easy to navigate. With slat and rinse aid LED indicators you can easily keep your dishwasher running efficiently.

There are 3 temperature to select from and also 2 special options VarioSpeed and half load. All catering to the different conditions for your dishes load, helping to save you time and energy. A large spray head alongside alternating spray arms ensure a superior wash.

You are able to set your dishwasher using time delay from 1 to 24 hours, so you can have clean dishes ready for your return from work. The door has a childproof door lock and tamperproof controls, so your settings can’t be accidently modified.
