What does this security kit provide me with? This four-channel security system kit provides 24-hour protection and security for your home or business. It includes four 650TVL (TV Line) cameras, which can record your property through day and night with up to 25 metres of night vision. The cameras can be installed indoors or outdoors thanks to the IP67 weatherproof rating, which gives you the chance to place them in a number of different locations. Each camera has a field of vision of 55 degrees, providing you with good coverage wherever you decide to place them.

Can I expand the capacity of the DVR? The preinstalled 500GB hard drive can provide you with an incredible 30 days of continuous recording – even with all four channels in use. The kit’s motion-detected recording feature means recording only starts when movement is picked up – which will help you keep any unnecessary recordings to a minimum. You can add even more capacity to this kit by connecting it to an external hard drive through the eSATA port.

 Can I view the cameras remotely? The SwannView Link app lets you keep an eye on the situation at home, giving you peace of mind whether you are at home or away. Ensure your DVR is connected to the internet and install the app on your smartphone or tablet, using 3G, 4G or Wi-Fi. Your phone can then remotely connect to the kit, providing you a live video feed from each camera.
