This hood has a powerful motor which operates at a maximum extraction rate of 530m³/h and a maximum recirculation rate of 340 m³/h. Eliminating vapours and fumes from your kitchen quickly, leaving the air clean and fresh.

Operating on four fan speeds you can choose a setting which best suits what you have cooking. On its highest setting the extractor fan will reach a noise level of up to 63dB which is around the same noise level as background music or chatter in a restaurant. For the best results it is best to turn your extractor on when you begin cooking rather than waiting for the room to fill with vapours. By doing this you get the air in your kitchen circulating ready for extraction, this is a good tip especially if you also dine in your kitchen, as the noise of an extractor can be a little obtrusive.

Extract or recirculate

The AEG X66453MD10 has both options to extract or recirculate. Extraction is the most popular and more efficient choice however not everyone is able to choose extraction, depending on their accommodation circumstances.

If you choose to recirculate the kitchen air there is an included charcoal filter which will eliminate the odours in the kitchen. The charcoal filter will need replacing periodically to ensure efficient use.
