This Sterling range cooker is a beautiful addition to the kitchen. It's ideal for those who love to cook and comes in great if you have a large family to feed or entertain regularly. The 90cm wide design gives you the best of both as its dual fuel. It's equipped with a five burner gas hob, a variable electric grill, a multifunction electric oven and a tall fanned electric oven.
With five gas burners, one being an extra-large wok burner, you won't struggle for space when it comes to boiling sides or frying up a feast on a Saturday morning. The central wok burner comes in ideal for large cookware such as frying pans, hefty pots and of course woks. It provides intensive heat and ensures the entire pan base is covered for an even cook.
When it comes to oven cooking you've got a variety of cooking methods to choose from, so you're sure to find something to suit your dishes from cupcakes and pies to lasagne and pizza. The bottom left cavity is the main oven which you'll probably turn to every day, it's a multifunction oven and it has nine functions to choose from, there's top heat, bottom heat, fanned heat and functions combining heat sources. To the right of the range cooker you have the tall fanned oven, this is perfect for cooking multiple dishes at once on the same temperature, you can layer up your food and the oven will distribute the heat evenly for perfect results on every shelf. The top left cavity is where the variable grill lives, this comes in great for quick snacks or adding a golden top to meals. It's a dual circuit grill, so you can adjust the power to suit the size of your dish.
The range cooker benefits from a fully programmable timer, you can either use it as a simple countdown to alert you when your dish is ready or you can set a specific time for the oven to turn on/off, so you can literally come home to a cooked meal. When it comes to clearing up this cooker keeps it simple, each oven has easy clean enamel interiors, so nothing will stick or fuse to the surfaces, meaning you'll no longer need to kneel down and scrub the oven interior.
