The pizza stone can also deliver quality results on other delicious doughy foods, such as breads, calzones and pastries. Be inventive with your outdoor cooking and create a unique pizza to suit your taste.
VERSATILE COOKING
This outdoor pizza oven has a single cooking grid measuring 63x46cm, which can be used for the variety of cooking methods on offer. Barbecue and smoke straight on the grid or add the pizza stone to bake a 12” pizza or multiple mini pizzas.
INTENSIFIED FLAVOURS
By smoking the food flavours will be intensified and meat will be tender. This method takes time but is definitely worth the wait. You can add different types of wood chips to your charcoal to experiment with flavours, such as hickory, apple, cherry or oak.
COOKING CONTROL
The chimney is the main regulator of heat for this outdoor oven, closing the damper on the chimney will build more heat. By adjusting the damper you gain more control over heat and smoke produced, ideal for the smoking technique.
With an integrated temperature gauge you will know precisely when the oven is ready for specific foods, enabling accurate cooking with quality results.
EASY TO USE
The barbecue includes a charcoal starter to make things easier. Charcoal will be blazing hot in minutes and it ensures all the charcoal is lit, providing excellent grilling conditions. It couldn’t be easier to use, simply pour the charcoal in and light, saving you money on lighter fluid and briquettes.
A dedicated door to the fuel grid makes maintaining and controlling your fuel easy. The door enables you to comfortably adjust the fuel accordingly, increasing or reducing the charcoal or wood to reach your desired temperature. You won’t need to adjust any grids or disturb any cooking food.
When you’ve finished cooking and it’s time to clean up it couldn’t be easier. The barbecue has its own ash tray drawer which simply slides out for quick and easy ash disposal. As the pizza stone is a natural porous material it simply needs cleaning with hot water, avoid using and soap or chemicals as they can soak into the stone.
The pack includes three utensils (fork, spatula and tongs) and a PVC barbecue cover, ideal for storing during the colder months. With a durable stainless steel trolley and wheels the iQ smoker barbecue is super easy to move and store away.
To keep your barbecue in tip top condition we would advise the use of the included cover and to store the barbecue in a dry storage space.
