Fan assisted, it benefits from faster heat up times, so you'll spend less time waiting for the oven to pre-heat. And because the air is constantly moving the oven will have a uniform heat through out, every dish will cook nice and evenly, which ever shelf you use and there'll be no cross-contamination of flavours if you're cooking up multiple dishes at once.
Equipped with 8 cooking functions there's a method to suit every culinary creation. Set the oven to defrost where the fan will safely and hygienically defrost food with evenly thawed results. The top, bottom & fan function is ideal for batch baking, whilst the pizza function delivers crisp bases with no burnt toppings and the grill is great for Saturday morning bacon butties.
