Activating the Extra Dry option dries your dishes extra-thoroughly by higher temperatures during the rinse cycle and a longer drying phase - with just one push of a button.
Silence programme
The silence programme is the quietest way to run your dishwasher. By activating it, you automatically reduce the noise levels of your dishwasher to the lowest minimum possible. This is achieved by an especially adapted Eco 50 °C programme, a reduced spray pressure and extended cleaning phase.
VarioDrawer: Now your dishwasher features high-level flexibility.
Sometimes you can’t fit everything you want into your dishwasher because of its inflexible setup. The VarioDrawer is an extra level at the top of Activewater dishwashers, which solves this problem. It is the ideal place for cutlery and smaller kitchen utensils like ladles or whisks and can even fit espresso cups. This gives you more flexibility when loading your dishwasher and leaves more space in the bottom basket. The cutlery basket can also be replaced by the VarioDrawer to create capacity for up to 14 place settings in 60cm dishwashers and 10 place settings in 45cm dishwashers. As a result, your dishwasher will allow for more flexible and comfortable loading.
VoiceControl: Your dishwasher listens to your needs.
Thanks to partnering with Amazon Alexa, your dishwasher can be controlled by voice as well. Automatic Programmes: Take the guesswork out of cleaning.
Different loads of washing require different wash settings. Choosing the incorrect programme not only wastes time, but also water and energy. Bosch automatic programmes automatically regulate the water temperature and rinse time during washing to suit the level of soiling and load volume. Rackmatic: Loading large items made easy.
When loading your dishwasher, sometimes you need a little more space on top – for your stemware or tall dishes, for example. That’s where Rackmatic helps. It lets you adjust the position of the top dishwasher basket to three different levels. Get the flexibility you need to load bulky or large items exactly where you want them.
Favourite function: Your Favourite function with just one touch
Make the most out of your dishwasher by simplying your daily life. With the Favourite function you can simply set up your most used programs and options as your favourite combination. The programmed setting can be started via the Home Connect app (available on selected models) or directly on the display with one step. Combine for example the Extra Dry option to the Eco 50° Program and start the dishwasher with only one touch. Personalized settings that get your dishes done by just one touch.
Silence on demand: Extra silence whenever you need it
Sometimes you need an extra silent environment at home to focus on your daily chores. The Silence on demand function can be activated via the Home Connect App and silences your dishwasher whenever necessary. It reduces noise to a minimum for up to 30 minutes at any time by an active pause while the dishwasher keeps on running. With the Silence on demand function you can focus on what matters most.

Sometimes, it can be tough to find a dishwasher programme that suits your individual needs. Bosch dishwashers with Programme Download offer the possibility to download additional programmes via the Home Connect app. Programme Download ensures perfect dishwashing results thanks to programmes that fit your specific needs.
Programme Assistant: Smart programme selection
Choosing the right programme or each load can be tricky. Programme Assistant makes it easy. Simply answer a few questions in the Home Connect app about the type of load, the level of soiling and personal preferences for energy efficiency, dryness, speed and noise level, and the system recommends the right programme. Then just push start and look forward to your perfectly clean dishware, with minimum effort.

Significantly higher levels of hygiene can be reached with higher temperature programmes, as they are effective against more resilient viruses, including enveloped and non-enveloped viruses. This was confirmed for Intensive 70°C and Machine Care maintenance cycle (Level 3 Hygiene label).
