This toilet and sink unit requires no assembly, secure the basin, install your chosen taps and get to using it right away. 

This unit has basin included. For your convenience a basin hole is already drilled so you can install the basin with ease. Taps are not included, and the worktop comes with no pre drilled tap holes, giving you the option to use a wall-mounted basin tap, or drill holes to use a tall basin mixer tap - you should use a trained professional to drill the hole.
