ActiveCare
Remove the most stubborn stains, at temperatures as low as 20°C*, protecting your clothes so they stay looking their best, for longer. ActiveCare technology pre-mixes water and detergent to create a powerful cleaning mousse, that penetrates deeply into fabrics, even at low temperatures, removing stubborn stains, such as wine, coffee, oil and tomato sauce. Obtained on Anti Stain programme (tested on Cotton) and ActiveCare option activated.
Steam Hygiene
Endorsed by Allergy UK, provides the ultimate care and protection for fresh and clean laundry. Steam is used at the end of the washing cycle, removing up to 99.9%* of bacteria and viruses, without the use of chemical additives, for total peace of mind. Independently tested by Intertek on Rodent Protoparvovirus type 1, a representative virus, and for bacteria by Allergy UK on Cotton 60°C programme with Steam Hygiene option activated.
Steam Refresh
A dedicated cycle to freshen clothes that aren't yet ready for a full wash. The cycle takes just 20 minutes, using less than two glasses of water, with steam penetrating deep into fabrics, making them slightly damp, reducing creases for easier ironing.
Rapid | Eco
This special option allows you to customise the washing cycle according to your needs. With a simple touch, you can choose to either speed up the cycle by up to 50% or save up to 20% on energy*. The % will vary according to load & programme selected.
Final Care
Trust Hotpoint to keep your laundry crease-free and smelling fresh for up to 6 hours after the cycle has finished. This option will activate a special tumbling action for up to 6 hours after the cycle has finished, so if you forget to unload your machine, Hotpoint has you covered.
