To take advantage of this service, you must request it at the same time you order your new appliance. We recycle appliances on a like-for-like basis, so if, for example, you're buying a new washing machine, it'll be your old washing machine that we come to collect. The collection takes place at the same time as delivery, and all we ask is that your old appliance is disconnected, ready for us to take away and recycle.

Please Note: This service is for collection of a single item. For multiple items increase the quantity of this service in your online basket to match the number of items to be collected. We can only remove old refrigerated appliances if they have been fully defrosted and free of water, ready for collection. We also cannot remove dishwashers or washing machines if there is excess water still in the pipes. And finally, we cannot disconnect any appliance that is hard-wired in. We cannot issue a refund if any of the requirements are not met by the customer. This service can only be offered to the mainland UK.
