We've marked an end to those dreaded delivery problems, you know, the one where you are told that delivery will be between 9am and 1pm and you receive your goods at 1.30 only to have your precious new appliance dumped literally on your doorstep. Then, before you have chance to even check they've delivered the right item the delivery van is gone!
We know just how important delivery is, so we use dedicated two-man teams to ensure that your appliance arrives safely in one piece. As part of the high quality service our drivers will deliver your new appliance to the room of your choice, unpack it, allow you time to check for any damage before asking you to sign for the goods and then take all the packaging away with them. Could you ask for more?
Delivery charges are £19.97 for a single item and a further £9.93 for the second item. Any items after this are free. For full details see our terms and conditions.
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Visa, Delta, Maestro, Solo and American Express. Please note we only accept payment by Credit Card if the card is registered in the UK or Ireland and we are delivering to the same UK or Irish address. Payments made by credit card are subject to a 0.95% surcharge (American Express 2.5%).
You have the right to cancel at any time preceding despatch of your goods. A charge may be payable if the cancellation request is received after we have instructed our warehouse to ship your order. (This will be due to the shipping company already having loaded your item onto their vehicle and a delivery job raised.) If you are a UK consumer (not a business or Sole Trader), the Distance Selling Regulations give you the right to cancel the contract within 7 days after delivery. If you decide to return an item, you are responsible for the costs of carriage and of insuring the goods in transit. The item must not be used, and must be 'as new' when returned to us. When we receive the item, providing it is returned in the appropriate condition, you will be issued with a full refund to your original payment method within 7 days.
NB All items should be inspected upon delivery and damaged goods should be refused. If you notice damage after goods are delivered you must be report this to us within 48 hours of delivery.
For more information about our returns process please see our full terms and conditions.

The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive is now UK law. The legislation aims to make producers pay for the collection, treatment and recovery of waste electrical equipment.
The regulations also mean that suppliers of equipment like high street shops and internet retailers must allow consumers to return their waste equipment free of charge.
The amount of WEEE we throw away is increasing by around 5% each year, making it the fastest growing waste stream in the UK. · Much of the UKs WEEE ends up in landfill, where the lead and other toxins it contains can cause soil and water contamination. This can have a harmful effect on natural habitat, wildlife and also human health.
Many electrical items that we throw away can be repaired or recycled. Recycling items helps to save our natural finite resources and also reduces the environmental and health risks associated with sending electrical goods to landfill.
Distributors of new Electric and Electronic Equipment (EEE) have a part to play in reducing the amount of WEEE going into landfill sites. We are obliged under these regulations to offer our customers free take-back of their WEEE on a like-for-like basis when you buy from us a new Electrical or Electronic product.
For example, if a customer bought a new laptop from us we would accept their old laptop and prevent it going into a landfill site by disposing of it safely. Customers must return their WEEE item to us within 28 days of purchasing their new item.
Under the WEEE Regulations, all new electrical goods should now be marked with the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol shown below:
Goods are marked with this symbol to show that they were produced after 13th August 2005, and should be disposed of separately from normal household waste so that they can be recycled.
