RMA numbers are valid for 7 days. Please note packages arriving to us without a valid RMA number will be rejected or returned. Please ensure that you package the product well. We can not accept liability for any of the goods damaged in transit and a replacement or refund will not be offered. Please ensure RMA number is clearly visible on the outside of the packaging.

If you have a returns reference number from the manufacturer we will arrange a collection. Otherwise proof of postage is not proof of delivery and you are therefore strongly advised to send your package registered post or courier and to maintain sufficient insurance to cover the value of the goods.
