The water-resistant, easy-to-use Doro 780X makes staying safe a whole lot simpler. Three large keys with name labels put the people you rely on within easy reach, without having to navigate menus or browse through a phonebook. It also has many excellent safety features such as a "Man down" function for isolated user protection, a safety timer, and an assistance button for sending an alarm with GPS position if you need help.

According to the IUP standard, the employer must take the necessary measures to ensure that no employee works alone at a point where he cannot be rescued at short notice in the event of an accident.
The Doro 780X IUP allows employers and families alike, to protect their isolated and vulnerable relatives and professionals.
The Doro 780X IUP is intended to protect professionals working alone or at night and elderly people living alone. It sends an alert message with GPS position and starts an automated call to the predefined numbers in the event of a fall, change in horizontal/vertical stance, or prolonged immobility. If several recipients have been programmed, they will be alerted in sequence, until one of them answers the call. It is possible to configure the numbers for people within the company or relatives of the Doro 780X IUP user.

SIMPLIFIED KEYPAD
It has a simplified keypad to dial only 3 contacts that you rely on. The user can receive, but not send, SMS and the sender will get a 'message opened' receipt when the Doro user reads it. The keypad is composed of 3 main keys - which once programmed will correspond to a contact person whose name can be written next to each button to avoid any confusion, Accept Call and End Call keys, a left, right, up, and down selection buttons, Delete and OK keys.
CALL BLOCKING
The call-blocking feature allows you to prevent specific numbers from calling or texting you. This option is very useful especially if you often receive spam calls or messages. You can add numbers to your Blacklist directly from your call log, just press Block number.
GPS POSITIONING
This function sends a text message with the Doro user's position to the contacts in the preset list when the assistance button is activated. The message contains the date, time, and positioning information of the Doro user. If the GPS position cannot be located the message contains the user's last known position.
