This built in single oven is the first Neff oven with the slide and hide door and the AquaAssist feature. With 67 litres capacity, 4 shelving positions and a variety of versatile programmes, this oven is more than capable of tackling a variety of different dishes at various sizes.
SoftClose Slide and Hide door
Neff’s Slide and hide is a unique retractable door that makes it much easier to access and tend to your food.
Simply pull the door out towards you and the door will swiftly disappear under the oven. The SoftClose and sliding action makes the Slide and hide door feel weightless and effortless to handle.
AquaAssist
For food that is crisp on the outside and tender on the inside, Neff has created AquaAssist. A steam assisted feature that will give you perfect cooking results thanks to the added moisture. Either add moisture yourself or let the automatic steam cooking programmes take control with options for dishes from bread to beef.
It removes all residual water so that your food stays fresh and hygienic, even when you reheat it the next day!
Cleaning features
This integrated oven has Titan enamel and CeramiClean® liners on the back, roof and sides that absorb and disintegrate splashes from cooking. There is also an oven cleaning function to help tackle those extra-large splashes.
You must descale the oven because of the steam used with AquaAssist, which is why Neff have provided a descale function. In just 40 minutes, the descaling feature will get the oven free from limescale and ready to use.
Design
This built in oven is modern and minimalist with a stainless steel and black glass design. With retractable soft-eject controls and bevelled edging, this built in oven will fit smoothly and gracefully with a kitchen.
The main oval control and bar handle are also bevelled which makes them tangible and easy to use, not to mention the small circular dials and buttons that have a smooth finish.
Safety
With 2 anti-tip wire shelves and telescopic rails, you can slide rails out and tend or baste your food without having to take it off the shelf, saving you time and reducing the risk of burns or tipping the dish over.
A residual heat indicator ensures that you know when the oven is cool enough to touch or clean, and two bright halogen NeffLights allow you to keep an eye on your cooking.
