The CDA CST61SS conventional extractor is designed to suit all types of smaller kitchens. With a stainless steel design, 3 speeds performance and the ability to either recirculate or duct out your extracted air, this cooker hood is both versatile and practical.
Design
This conventional hood has a shiny stainless steel design that will complement most kitchens and kitchen appliances. It is finished off with a clear glass visor that's ideal for directing odours and cooking steam towards the extractor.
Uncomplicated push-button controls are situated above the visor to quickly and easily adjust the speed or the light.
Performance
By using the push-button controls, this cooker hood gives the option of 3 different extractor speed settings so you can precisely control the amount of extraction you want for different types of dishes.
Ideal for smaller kitchens up to 18 cubic metres, the motor gives you an extraction rate of 189 cubic metres per hour to banish those unwanted cooking odours and grease.
Duct out or recirculate?
This hood can be installed to re-circulate the air into the kitchen or to be ducted out, which makes it suitable for most kitchens.
If you re-circulate you'll need a CHA5 charcoal filter and if you're ducting out you'll need a ducting kit with a 125mm diameter.
Light it up
With a 28 Watt halogen light, you won't have any problems in seeing how your meal is progressing on your hob. With a glass light diffuser that spreads the light out evenly, you can be sure that you'll be able to see all areas of the hob, which is helpful if all the burners or zones are in use.
Noise?
Extractors can be intrusive when on a high speed, especially if you eat meals in the kitchen. By switching the fan on at the start of your cooking, the air should be comfortable enough to set the extractor to low or turn off when you come to sit down to your meal. The noise level of this hood is 65dB.

We don't sell the ducting kit although you can purchase it directly from the manufacturer, the ducting diameter of 125mm.
