- The Product when delivered was faulty. I contacted the retailer, who told me it was down to me to get De Dietrich to sort out the problem. My installation engineer told De Dietrich the problem. Eventually, two and a half weeks later, De Dietrich sent a maintenance engineer, who said there was a problem with a control board. When told that DD had been told this two and a half weeks previously, engineer said this had not been communicated to him. New board would have to be ordered. One month after delivery, Goods were still inoperable and were returned to supplier for a full refund.
The most horrendous experience I have ever had!
