Functions
- Grill function: This function allows you to use grill or griddle-type accessories in the "Horizone" free zone so that food can be grilled.
- Piano function: The purpose of this function is to use the three Horizone cooking zones at different powers without any time setting in order to be able to: keep warm, simmer, and sear then move your pan through the sections as you cook.
- Keep Warm function: Pre-programmed at power level 2 but you can increase to 3 or decrease to 1.
- Recall function: Should you have a power cut or liquid is spilled on the surface the hob turns off. When you turn it back on and hit recall & it brings back the temperatures you were originally using.
- Simmer function: Pre-programmed to power 10 & you can reduce as far as 4 or increase to power 11.
- Sear function: Pre-programmed to power level 19 & you can reduce as far as 4 or max at 19.
- Booster function: Pre-programmed to power level 20.
