The ElectriQ chopper is a multi-use food chopper that can be used in a variety ways with its 6 different attachments including a French fry slicer and chip cutter. Its uses include a slicer, salad maker and mini food processor.
| How easy is it to use? The SMFP06 is an easy to use slicer with its thin and thick blades for different foods and is perfect for multi-ingredient meals with vegetables, fruits, nuts, dried bread, hard cheeses and even chocolate or coconut! To use, simply put the ingredients into the transparent chute and when ready press and hold the large button to start the chopping process. What does each attachment do? Each attachment offers a different variation dependant on what ingredients you want to use. They are all designed differently to accommodate specific ingredients, importantly saving you time during your food preparation! The six attachments and their uses are listed below: |
- Thin slicing: Great for cutting thin, smooth slices. It is recommended for slicing carrots, courgettes, potatoes, cucumbers, peppers, onions, turnips, red cabbage, white cabbage, apples or hard cheese.
- Fine grating: Finely grates carrots, courgettes, hard cheeses, chocolate or coconuts.
- Wave slicing (crinkle cut): Great for slicing thick, wavy slices. It is recommended, for slicing: carrots, courgettes, potatoes, cucumbers, peppers, onions, turnips, red cabbage, white cabbage, apples or hard cheese.
- Grinder: Perfect for grinding/grating hard cheese, chocolate, dry bread/rolls, hazelnuts, walnuts, almonds or coconuts etc.
- Coarse grating: Suitable for coarse grating of carrots, courgettes, potatoes, peppers, hard cheese (e.g. parmesan), chocolate etc.
- French fry slicer: Ideal for cutting French Fries in seconds. Also makes delicious sweet potatoes or vegetables chips.
