- 1st microwave ordered had the glass screen broken on delivery. The process to return being to take a photo and email this to customer service; DPD then booked to pick up; once picked up you can then reorder; DPD therefore make 3 deliveries to your home. Have emailed customer services to ask for some gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience. No response as yet from customer services. However, they can send an email out daily for 'lifetime warranty cover' for £2 / week. ! Please contact me !!!!
