Very sturdy, quality roasting pan, which has a thick base that sits very flat on my induction hob for good contact. I have a Neff with Flexizone which means it is heated consistently across it's base and I have had only good results from it. The glass lid, which allows you to see what's happening to your food, is also sturdy and fits well. Buy one and you won't be disappointed
Not expensive, as this would indicate that it isn't worth the money, but it isn't the cheapest roasting pan out there.
May be the best, but as this is the first of this type that I've used, it may not be.
Still glad I invested in it, feels like I won't need to by another pan ever again.

Tiverton GB Amateur cook and gardener!
This is a beautiful piece of equipment. It looks good and is really easy both to use and to clean. Its high sides will help protect the oven walls.

I use it with the base of the associated trivet (an expensive item, but also worth purchasing). For roasts I brown some onion using the roasting pan on the induction hob, then add carrot and stock cube, and finally water so that it will be just below the trivet. Remove it from the hob, add the trivet - the meat of course rests on top.

Once cooked I remove it from the oven and take out the meat and trivet, finishing the gravy on the hob.
No negative points at all - but be aware that it is really heavy so you may struggle if you have arthritis. Unlike flatter roasting pans I cannot lift it with one hand
