- Before you buy a kitchen Hood Extractor, ensure you check the air flow rate? I say this from experience. I bought an extractor and could not use it as it was so powerful for my small kitchen it kept blowing out the gas. I have learnt after a lot of research that powerful is not always the best. After checking what air flow I needed in the space I had 3m x 2m x 2m H (3x2 = 6 x 2 =12 x 12= 144 air rate). I had been using a double motor at 450 air flow. Bought a new extractor, checked the lowest air flow of 202 and it is perfect. Does not blow out the gas when turned on and makes a huge difference to any condensation issues your house may be having.
- None - I had done my homework?
