The Toilet will be on the right as pictured. Due to the make up of the unit and it being one piece the Basin & Toilet can not be swapped around.

Question from Jay: Asked on 24/09/2019 Does this product code 1372796 have the WC pan to the left of the units or to the right, as descriptions says left but picture shows right?
We hand all our combination units off the Basin. So if the Basin is on the Left and Toilet on the Right we would call it a Left-hand Combination Unit as per the image.
