I keep trying to add the SMEG KSED65x-1 cooker hood to my basket, as well as the SP215 simple ducting kit, but each time i try to "checkout" i am then told the basket is empty. I'm not taking a long time to do this so the website isn't "timing me out", & my browser settings are all ok. It's difficult for me to contact you by telephone - can you help?

Question from Christine Searle: Asked on 09/09/2008 I have ordered the Smeg KSED65X-1 hood today, but I need a ducting kit for it to vent through the loft to outside. Do I need a 125mm kit, the Smeg one you sell is 150mm.
