The contemporary SY103I 100cm Symphony cooker includes a main multifunctional oven and tall auxiliary oven, with side opening doors for easy access allowing for closer proximity. You can Cook multiple dishes together with no flavour transfer. Thanks to its three cavities it has a large capacity of 181 litre capacity perfect for large families or entertaining. This cooker offers flexible cooking with 3 compartments to choose from.
Vapour Clean
It is easy to keep clean with the vapour clean function which loosens dirt. The ovens also have an easy clean enamel interior which helps to reduce the amount of dirt adhering to the surface. The SY103I has an A/B energy rating.
Circulaire Function
Both ovens feature Smeg's Circulaire function, which provides many benefits including no flavour transfer when cooking different food types at the same time. The large main oven has 4 shelf positions whilst the auxiliary has 9, making it ideal for batch baking or for entertaining. There is also a separate grill compartment perfect for grilling sausages and bacon.
Eclipse Black Glass
This cooker has been crafted using 18/10 Stainless Steel to ensure long-lasting results. It benefits from Eclipse Black Glass which is an innovative material that appears jet black when the oven is off, yet transparent when the oven is turned on and the light illuminates the cavity.
Induction Hob
It benefits from an induction hob which is a highly efficient hob where energy is transferred directly to the pan. Giving a faster and more responsive solution. Designed to work with magnetic-based pans. It makes it easy to clean as any splashes will not burn onto the hob top and can easily be wiped away as it is the pots that conduct the heat rather than the hob. It also means that No heating process will take place until the pan is placed on the zone which ensures safety in the presence of children.
