ISO EN 1276
The ISO EN 1276 suspension test standard has been developed to compare (benchmark) the antibacterial effect in a cleaning solution. When a product is approved according to ISO 1276 is means that is has successfully killed 99.999 % of the added microorganisms for each of the four test organisms, i.e. 1 microorganism out of 100,000 is alive after contact with the cleaning solution.

The "Spray Twice A Day" satisfies the ISO 1276 requirements for antimicrobial activity for all four tested species. This provides documentation of antibacterial effect on a broad spectrum of microorganisms. The microorganisms in the test - especially E. coli, S. aureus and P. aeruginosa - are part of the most common hospital-acquired infections. They are known to be transferred from person to person by direct contact, typically by hand. Smartphones are known to carry infective microorganisms and smartphones are checked several times a day - each time transferring microorganisms between phones and hands. The Spray Twice A Day has documented antimicrobial ability on these species according to ISO 1276. This means that the transfer of microorganisms between hands and smartphone is reduced.
