Above all, this also comes with a wood-holder plate, fire tool, 304-grade stainless steel flue pipe with adjustable smoke exit valve and chimney top and a cooking chamber door.
In addition, the fire floor surface has a high-quality refractory chamotte. This is certified for food use. The internal structure of the Anthracite Mangiafuoco pizza oven is again manufactured from high-grade 304 stainless steel. Furthermore, the external surface of the oven has electro-galvanized steel treated with high-temperature paint. This maximises resistance to heat and weather elements. Temperature stability and heat retention is achievable by using high-performance natural rock wool insulation. Finally, this ensures that the oven's external surface does not become too hot and you can cook your pizzas to perfection!
