Flexible induction cooking
FlexInduction lets you combine two zones into one evenly heated surface. Your hob automatically detects the size and position of cookware that’s in the zone. Whether you want to make a pot of espresso or warm a large roasting tray, your hob heats all types of cookware precisely and efficiently.
MoveMode FlexZone
MoveMode makes cooking fully intuitive and comfortable. In the past, you cooked up your soup on level 9, made it simmer on level 5, then on level 1. whilst adjusting temperatures yourself using regular hobs. Now FlexZones as well as CombiZones with MoveMode do the job for you. Activating MoveMode divides these Zones into three different areas with pre-set power levels 1, 5 and 9.
PerfectFry
The right temperature is crucial for frying. Too high will make even the best steak fry too quickly or scorch it. The PerfectFry sensor continuously monitors the pan’s temperature to prevent scorching. Choose from five predefined temperature levels, for perfect results every time.
Automatic setting transfer
If you move a pot from one cooking zone to another when cooking, the temperature level does not need to be individually adjusted. Instead, the new cooking zone adopts the old cooking heat and time settings – all it takes is a touch of a button to confirm.
PowerBoost (Induction)
When you want to get quick and easy meals on the table even faster, PowerBoost can help. This practical feature adds a boost of power for ultra-quick heating. Use it on your induction hob to boil large quantities of water – and heat almost 35% faster compared to the highest power level.
Navigate easily and in full colour
The TFT display offers convenient touch control so that you can easily navigate menus and select functions. It’s clear, simple, and designed for absolute ease of use. So you can keep your cool while heating your oven exactly how you need it.
Cooktop-based hood control
Control the functions of your hood via your hob. Both the electric hob and the associated hood are equipped with a Wi-Fi module, enabling them to interact. As soon as your hob is activated, your hood is also switched on and starts extracting annoying steam as soon as you start cooking. When you’re done cooking, the hood automatically switches off after a brief run-on time, so you can be sure that unpleasant kitchen odours really do disappear. If you want to control the hood directly, just activate manual mode on the hob controls with the touch of a button. You can then control your hood’s power levels via the user interface on your hob. In addition to the extraction rate, you can also control the hood lighting via the hob. With just one set of controls, you control it all: your hob and your extractor hood.
PerfectCook ready
PerfectCook ready means that this Bosch cooktop can also be used with a PerfectCook sensor sold separately. Using PerfectCook will prevent overcooking and boiling over by precisely controlling the cooking temperature.

Usage convenience
- FullTouch TFT Display: easily operate the hob using the touch display and explore all available functions thanks to full-text information and images.
- Variable 17-stage power settings for each zone: precisely adapt the heat with 17 power levels (9 main levels and 8 intermediate levels).
- Keep warm function: keep dishes warm at a preset low power level.
- Switch-off timer: switches off the cooking zone at the end of the time set (e.g. for boiled eggs).
- Count-down timer: an alarm sounds at the end of the time set (e.g. for pasta).
- Count-up timer: shows how much time has passed since starting the timer (e.g. for potatoes).
Time saving & efficiency
- PowerBoost function for all zones: boil water faster thanks to 50% more energy than at the highest standard level.
- PanBoost: heat pans faster than at the highest standard level while protecting the pan coating.
- MoveMode (3 levels): increase or decrease the power level simply by moving the pot forwards or backwards.
- Automatic setting transfer: when moving a pot to a different cooking zone, this feature transfers all previous settings to the new zone at the touch of a button.
- QuickStart function: when switching on, the hob automatically selects the cooking zone with cookware (when placed on a zone whilst the hob is off).
- ReStart function: in case of unintentional switch-off, this feature restores all previous settings by switching on the hob again within 4 seconds.
Cooking assistance
- BoschAssist: easily find the right temperature setting for a certain dish in the touch display.
- PerfectCook sensor ready (sensor sold separately): prevents overboiling of pots with the automatic temperature regulation of the sensor (attached to the pot).
- 5 frying and 5 cooking levels: prevents overcooking with the automatic temperature regulation of the integrated sensor.
Connectivity
- Home Connect enabled: check if the hob is switched off even when not at home, and find recipes or additional functions in the Home Connect app.
- Hob Hood Control with Wi-Fi enabled hood): automatically activates the hood when cooking, thanks to the WiFi connection of the hob and suitable hood.

Safety
- 2-stage residual heat indicator for each zone: indicates which cooking zones are still hot or warm.
