Claiming your cashback is quick and easy. Just follow these steps:
Step 1. Make your purchase: Buy a qualifying appliance between 26th March 2025 and 8th April 2025.
Step 2. Receive your delivery: Wait for the appliance to arrive.
Step 3. Complete the claim form: Download and complete the cashback claim form.
Step 4. Submit your claim: Email the completed form to cashback@buyitdirect.co.uk within 30 to 60 days of receiving your delivery.
Step 5. Recieve your cashback: Once verified, your cashback will be processed and issued within 7 days.
Important: If you return your appliance, the cashback amount will be deducted from your refund or exchange to another product.
