DETAILED DESIGN
The 33° tilt-up head is controlled by a smart pop up lift button which makes it easier to access the bowl when putting ingredients in. The base of the mixer comes equipped with anti-slip suction feet that will keep the mixer stable even during vigorous mixing.
8 SPEED SETTINGS & PULSE CONTROL
Whether you need to knead bread dough, whisk egg whites or blast through a heavy cake mix, this electriQ stand mixer provides you with 8 speed settings so you can get mixing precision spot on. The mixer also comes with a pulse action that provides intermittent mixing so you can ensure mixtures are just right.
To make sure you are operating the mixer safely, the mixer comes with a 10 minute stop protection that will automatically turn the mixer off if it has been used constantly for 10 minutes.
OUT OF THIS WORLD MIXING
The mixer uses a planetary style mixing action which means the mixer spins one way whilst the mixer tool spins the other way to ensure that all areas of the bowl are covered and no parts of the mixture get left out.
Equipped with a 1000W motor, reaching a 1500W output on full power the electriQ mixer breezes through basic mixing tasks and has more than enough power to make light work of tougher mixtures such as stiff bread dough.

The 5.2 litre high quality brushed stainless steel mixing bowl allows you to be truly ambitious in the kitchen. The capacity is distinctively large for a domestic mixer and allows you to mix more at a time, which comes in handy if you are batch baking. The bowl includes handles which makes it easier to carry your mixture around your kitchen and pour into trays. It also has a strong safety lock which secures it in place to prevent twisting and moving when mixing.

This mixer comes with three replaceable mixer tools that are suited to different types of mixtures, so that you can mix a variety of ingredients with ease:
Whisk: Whether you’re making light and airy meringues or some whipped cream to go with them, this wire whisk will fluff and puff your ingredients to help you make light and fluffy delights. Performing at its best on speeds 7-8, this whisk will cream ingredients to perfection.
Beater: This all-round accessory is perfect for dealing with heavier mixtures such as cake mixtures. Designed to mix thoroughly and carefully on speeds 3-6.
Dough hook: From pizza to loaves to dinner rolls, the spiral dough hook provides you with tactile and smooth dough within minutes. Just pop the mixture on speed 1 or 2 and let the dough hook do the hard work for you.
