Steam Cooking
Steam Cooking allows you to lock in moisture and flavour to your favourite dishes, as well as locking in all the nutrients and vitamins for healthier cooking results. This electriQ oven has a 1.2L water tank to ensure you have enough water for the full cooking process. You can use steam in three different ways; Conventional Cooking + Steam, Fan Cooking + Steam and also Fan Cooking and Grill + Steam. Just select which level of steam you need at the start of your cooking, and let the oven do the rest. You can also manually add steam at any point during cooking by using the handy touch control settings.
Meat Probe
Your electriQ oven comes with a meat probe to ensure you don’t over cook your meat. Simply select your desired temperature at the start of your cooking process and the alarm will let you know when that temperature has been reached.
Steam Cleaning
Cleaning your oven is a job that no one wants to do. The steam cleaning function will make sure that any residual food or grease left in the cavity is softened, making cleaning your oven much easier and quicker. All you need to do is fill the water tank and select the steam cleaning function, it only takes 5 minutes. For tougher residue, there is an auto scale function.
Cool Touch
Your oven door will remain cool thanks to the ovens forced air cooling system. There are three layers of glass in the door for extra safety. And don’t worry, the door and the glass can be removed to give you easy access to the cavity and the layers of glass, making cleaning your oven simple.
