How the assembly service works
Once you have placed your order for your new BBQ or added to basket, select ‘BBQ Assembly’ then ‘Go to checkout’.
When your order is confirmed and ready, it’ll be dispatched to our trained assemblers, who’ll then contact you via text with a link that contains dates available to deliver and assemble your BBQ.
On delivery day, we’ll take your order to the specified area in your garden, where it’ll be unpacked and assembled, leaving you to get on with your day.
Before we go, we’ll clean up, remove, and recycle all packaging, including polystyrene and any polybags present.
Please note: We aim to deliver and assemble your product within 5+/- days depending on your location; however, the assembly team will be in contact via text message.
