NoFrost
The NoFrost system from Liebherr provides rapid, fan-assisted, frost-free freezing for the safe, longterm storage of food. The NoFrost technology creates a much larger storage capacity and keeps the freezer constantly frost-free.
DuoCooling
Accurate and independent temperature control of the fridge and freezer compartments is facilitated by DuoCooling: two separately adjustable cooling circuits. There is no air exchange between the fridge and freezer compartment, so that odours cannot be transferred and the stored food is prevented from drying out.
Water Dispenser With Filter
A filtered water dispenser is integrated in the door to provide convenient access to drinking water. Its water tank has a fill level indicator and a total volume of 4.7 litres. It can store 3 litres of filtered water, making constant refilling unnecessary, and the water is easily dispensed by pressing on a pedal. A memo (timer) automatically indicates when the Brita Maxtra water filter cartridge needs replacing.
SmartSteel
SmartSteel significantly reduces the visibility of fingerprints and is very easy to clean.
PowerCooling
The high-performance PowerCooling system ensures that freshly stored produce is rapidly cooled and that an even temperature is maintained throughout the appliance interior. The FreshAir activated charcoal filter that is integrated into the fan purifies circulating air and quickly traps odours.
Bottle Rack
The bottle rack is a solution for storing beverages which is both practical and pleasing to the eye. Here bottles can be stored within a compact space.
Automatic SuperFrost
The automatic SuperFrost function makes freezing simple and saves energy. It quickly reduces the temperature to -32 °C and thus creates the cold air required to preserve vital vitamins. As soon as the food is completely frozen, the automatic SuperFrost function switches back to normal mode after max. 65 hours, and thus assists in saving electricity.
SuperCool
The automatic SuperCool function lowers the refrigerator temperature down to as far as +2 °C for as long as 12 hours - ideal for rapidly cooling freshly stored food.
Door alarm
The audible door alarm alerts the user if the door has been open for longer than 60 seconds for safe protection of the food.
FrostControl
In the event of a power failure, the FrostControl display indicates the warmest temperature that was reached in the freezer compartment.This helps to assess the quality and projected storage life of the frozen goods that were affected bythe power failure.
Child lock
The child lock is programmed so as to prevent the appliance being inadvertently switched off. A symbol in the MagicEye indicates when the child lock is switched on.
Temperature alarm
The temperature alarm notifies immediately visually and audibly in case of inadvertent temperature deviations, for example when a door is opened or after a power failure.
FrostSafe
With the FrostSafe, the extra-high and removable drawers are closed all round. This means that the cold cannot dissipate so quickly when the appliance is opened. The transparent front of the compartments guarantees an optimum overview of the frozen items.
VarioSpace
All freezers with NoFrost and SmartFrost feature drawers and intermediate glass shelves underneath them which can be conveniently removed.This results in VarioSpace – the practical system for extra storage space so that space can be created quickly even for larger frozen food items.
Transparent vegetable bins
Transparent vegetable bins provide plenty of space for the organised storage of fruit and vegetables. In addition, they are easy to clean.
Slimline door handle with integrated opening mechanism
The practical door handles with integrated opening mechanism ensure that the appliance doors can be opened with a minimum of effort. This is the case even if they are opened several times in rapid succession, thanks to the handle mechanism that assists in pushing the door from the appliance housing.
Reversible door hinges
The appliances are factory fitted with door hinges on the right. The reversible door hinges permit optimum use of the appliance wherever it is located.
SmartDevice
Liebherr appliances labelled with a "SmartDevice" logo can be networked to the SmartDeviceBox, which allows the appliance to access further services and be controlled remotely from a computer or mobile device. The SmartDeviceBox is available as an accessory. However, appliances with the letter i in their model name (for example: Kbi 4350) already have the SmartDeviceBox integrated as standard.
