The contemporary SY93-1 90cm Symphony cooker includes a main multifunctional oven and tall auxiliary oven, with side opening doors for easy access allowing for closer proximity.
Induction Hob
This cooker benefits from an Induction hob. Induction hobs are highly efficient, giving a faster more responsive solution. It allows for precise temperature control. Heat is only generated when the pan comes into direct contact with the specific cooking zone, ensuring safety in the presence of children. This helps optimise power.
Circulaire Function
Both ovens feature Smeg's Circulaire function, which provides many benefits including no flavour transfer when cooking different food types at the same time. The large main oven has 4 shelf positions whilst the auxiliary has 9, making it ideal for batch baking. There is also a separate grill compartment perfect for grilling sausages and bacon.
Auxiliary Oven
The SY93's auxiliary oven (positioned on the right-hand side) has a full-height side opening door which is externally glazed with an enamelled inner door for energy efficiency. With a net capacity of 62 litres this tall oven is equipped with a total of 9 cooking levels, making it ideal for small batch baking and plate warming - in fact, you can cook a whole roast dinner just in this tall oven.
Grill
The grill (positioned top left) boasts a powerful 2.7kW adjustable grill and has a 36-litre net capacity alongside 2 cooking levels.
Side Opening Doors
This cooker has side opening doors which allow easy access letting you get closer to the oven, especially useful for people with mobility limitations.
Handrail
The handrail is perfect for hanging towels on.
Touch timer display
The touch-timer display guarantees simple functionality. They display the time, set programmed cooking and the minute minder timer.
Vapour Clean Programme
Smeg ovens offer a vapour clean programme designed to generate steam to help release burnt on food from the walls of the oven. Vapour cleaning is straightforward, simply put a little water & detergent into the hollow in the oven base and select the vapour setting.
Closed-door grilling
