The Steelmore GR-1000PRO is a 1000mm wide electric chrome griddle for cafes, bistros and event caterers cooking proteins and breakfast items in volume. Its two independent heat zones can run different foods at once, or one zone can be used alone in quieter periods.
Installation and Connection
This countertop unit measures H27 x W100 x D50cm and stands on anti-slip rubber feet. It has two independent 3kW circuits, each fitted with a 13A UK plug, so you need two standard sockets within reach. No hardwiring is required.
Day-to-Day Use and Cleaning
EGO thermostats control each zone from 50°C to 300°C, with illuminated power and heating indicators showing status. The 15mm thick chrome-plated plate holds heat evenly, limits flavour transfer between products and gives off less radiant heat into the kitchen. Bakelite control dials stay cool to the touch. At the end of service, the built-in grease channel directs oil into a removable drip tray, and the integrated splash guard protects surrounding prep areas. The body is stainless steel.

Hi James,For your Hamoki GR-1000PRO griddle, clean it with warm soapy water and a soft cloth, avoid scrubbing with steel wool or harsh chemicals, then dry it and polish the chrome with a gentle metal polish like Autosol or Brasso to make it shiny and protected.Thanks!
