Question from Graham: Asked on 02/03/2026 Top middle and bottom settings
What exactly does the middle setting do
Hi, The Hamoki Twin Deck Pizza Oven has three heating element settings — top, middle, and bottom — controlled by independent thermostats. The top setting heats from the upper element to help brown toppings and finish the pizza. The bottom setting heats from the lower element to give the base a crisp crust. The middle setting simply runs both top and bottom heating elements together, giving a balanced heat from above and below for even cooking throughout the pizza.
Thank you.
Question from Mark Hammond: Asked on 27/12/2025 How long does this oven take to cook a 20'' pizza in both decks from frozen please?.
Hi Mark,Preheat the Hamoki 171003 oven to ~350?°C. Cook a 20″ frozen pizza 8–12?min for thin crust or 12–15?min for thick, checking and rotating if needed; the lower deck may cook slightly slower. Thanks
Question from NEWTON SHADRACK: Asked on 03/10/2025 Does this need a stabiliser for 3000 watts load and is it just a plug in into normal socket
Hi,The Hamoki 171003 pizza oven operates at 3.0 kW and is designed to plug into a standard 13-amp UK socket, allowing use in most domestic or commercial settings without a voltage stabilizer. For safety, however, always ensure the dedicated circuit can handle the 3.0 kW draw, and never use extension leads or multi-socket adapters. If your location experiences unstable voltage, consulting a qualified electrician about using a stabilizer is recommended to protect the appliance. Thanks!
