The Hamoki EPF-24L is a freestanding electric pressure fryer with a 24 litre tank and an output of up to 32kg per hour. It suits fast food outlets and central kitchens frying chicken in volume. Pressure frying seals in moisture and uses less oil than open frying.
Installation and Connection
Hardwired, needs connecting by a qualified electrician. The EPF-24L is rated at 13.5kW and needs a three phase 415V supply. It is 460mm wide and 960mm deep, stands 1230mm high and weighs 135kg. Castors make it easier to move for cleaning and fit into an existing cook line.
Day-to-Day Use and Cleaning
Digital controls with 10 programmable settings set cooking times and temperatures. The built-in automatic filtration system removes food debris to extend oil life, and a drain valve lets you empty oil safely. The lid has a safety lock with a colour-coded spindle, plus an automatic pressure release valve and a high-limit temperature cut-out. The body is stainless steel.
