The Smeg SPG515SUK Topline is a high-capacity undercounter glasswasher engineered for high-footfall bars, pubs, and restaurants requiring rapid turnaround of large volumes of glassware. This professional-grade unit processes up to 60 baskets per hour, equivalent to 1,500 pint glasses, ensuring rapid service during peak periods. The 500mm basket and generous 400mm usable loading height provide the capacity to accommodate tall pint glasses and delicate stemware. Operator convenience is prioritised by a counterbalanced door that can be locked in a halfway position to promote natural drying at the end of the workday.
Designed and manufactured in Italy, this unit is supplied for 30A single-phase hardwired connection as standard. For site-specific requirements, a qualified engineer can configure the multiphase electrics for 1ph 13A, 20A, 32A, or 3ph 12A supplies. Sanitisation and rapid drying are guaranteed by Smeg’s HTR (High Temperature Rinse) system, which maintains a constant 85°C rinse temperature. The glasswasher is fully WRAS compliant, featuring a KIWA-approved internal break tank and integrated rinse booster pump to ensure consistent performance regardless of mains water pressure.
Cleaning efficiency is driven by seven selectable wash programmes and a "Soft Start" system that gradually increases pump pressure to protect fragile crystal items from damage. The internal design features a moulded tank with rounded corners to prevent soil buildup and an automatic self-cleaning cycle to maintain hygiene standards. To ensure long-term reliability, a patented five-stage filtration system protects the wash and drain pumps from debris. The unit is supplied ready for commission with integrated detergent and rinse aid dosing pumps, a drain pump, and a starter pack consisting of one open basket and one angled divisional basket.
