Rapidly cook food in minutes with a microwave. For people who don’t have as much time as they would like, microwaves can cook, reheat, and defrost food quickly with no fuss, and take up very little room in your kitchen.
This microwave is freestanding so it can be placed on any worktop - perfect for heating, reheating, and defrosting food. Simple and easy to use, they are generally lower in price.
Built in microwaves can be a standard, grill, or combination microwave. Built into your wall, they can be at eye level for checking on food, and are out of the reach of children.
This type of microwave can cook the same as an oven, but quicker. With a variety of features that go beyond basic microwaving, you can produce sophisticated meals in very little time and at a great quality.
If you want to make more complex meals at a rapid speed, you can grill and toast with a microwave with a grill function. Ideal for those who use a microwave frequently and want to make a wider variety of meals.
Microwave capacities are measured in litres, and they can range from 14L to 44L, with 14 litres able to reheat a plate of leftovers for one, and a 44 litre microwave able to take a family sized dish of lasagne.
Microwave power is shown in watts, and the higher the number of watts the more powerful the microwave is. With combination and grill microwaves there are multiple power levels for the different functions.
