How does Pyrolytic cleaning work?
The oven will heat up to 500C and burn off any food residues or accumulated grease on the oven walls. This will then leave a thin layer of ask that can be quickly wiped away.

They use electromagnetism to connect and generate heat between the hob surface and the bottom of the pan. The benefits of using Induction hobs:
1) Safety - The pan gets hot rather than the hob, leaving zones cool to the touch.
- The unit will automatically switch off as soon as you take the pan off the hob.
2) Speed - Instant heat, with some hobs being able to boil a pint of water in just over a minute.
- Cook at twice the speed of a gas hob.
3) Energy efficency - Only heat the circumference of the pan so no heat is wasted!
- The quicker heating process equals in less energy used on cooking times.
4) Cleaning - As the surface of the hob doesn't heat up whilst cooking, food won't burn itself into the surface if it boils over.
- Any spills can be wiped up immediately as the hob zones do not get hot.
