Yes, if you have purchased an appliance from our cooking, laundry / washing or refrigeration sections and purchased an installation / connection service, it will be the installers who will deliver the appliance and they will install the product while they are there. If you have ordered any TV Service, including Wall Mounting or Dish Installation, you will need to arrange this with the installer. You can do that by visiting their website here or by calling the TV installation team on 0844 770 1862.[x] click to close
If you have ordered a cooking or refrigeration appliance, then yes. If you have provided a mobile number when you ordered, you’ll receive text updates on the day for an updated time window when delivery will take place. The installer will also call to ensure that everything is good your end to go. For updates for Washing or TV appliances, please contact either the installer on the number you’ve been provided, or feel free to give us a call.[x] click to close
If you’ve chosen a Cooking Appliance or Refrigeration Appliance, the installers will disconnect and take away your old product while they are there. If you’ve chosen a service for a freestanding wet install which requires a plumbing installer such as Freestanding Washing Machines, Washer Dryers or Dishwashers; then you will need to arrange this as an added extra service, you can simply add or remove this in your basket when you checkout.[x] click to close

Yes this is fine, but you need to let your installer know beforehand. Either let them know when they call you to arrange a delivery & installation date or call them on the contact number you’ll be provided with.[x] click to close
If the installer cannot start the work upon inspection when they deliver your item because of something you have not verified beforehand, a refund may be offered but minus an Aborted Service charge. The level of this charge is product / service dependent. You’ll have a survey over the phone by the installer before delivery to ensure you have all the information you need, but if you have any queries, we would recommend getting in contact with the installers directly, or feel free to give us a call to sort out for you.

Of course. The installers will fully test the appliance and even give you a demo of how it works. In the unlikely event that anything should not work, give us (or the installers number, if you have it) a call straight away.[x] click to close
Yes, absolutely. All services are undertaken by qualified professionals. If you have any form of Gas installation service, this will be carried out by Gas Safe registered engineer. Likewise, all electrical work will be carried out by a qualified electrical engineer.[x] click to close

It really depends on the item. Naturally larger items and jobs will require greater care. We estimate any installation will take at least 30 minutes, but the professional installers will work as quickly and as carefully as possible.[x] click to close
If your new TV has Wi-Fi built in, great! All you’ll need is the password (if needed) to access your home network. If it doesn’t, then you’ll need a Wireless Dongle, which can be purchased separately. We recommend checking first if the dongle is compatible with your TV. If you don’t have wireless internet in your home, you’ll need to ensure you have an appropriate Ethernet cable prepared for the installers to connect to.[x] click to close
Connection is a key concern for many customers; with high-end products you want the connection to be done correctly by a professional first time. When your appliance is delivered it can also be connected, saving you time and effort. If you need us to we can also disconnect and recycle your old appliances.
Please Note, we are unable to install: Sinks & Taps or any Ex-Display Appliances.

We provide a recycling service that will help you to stay green by contributing to recycling. So not only will this save you the time and hassle of having to dispose of your old appliance, it will also be kinder to the environment.
Recycling of old appliance will be free if you have ordered the installation of a Range Cooker, Oven, Cooker, Hob, Cooker Hood, Fridge, Freezer, American Side by Side & Integrated Washing Machine, Integrated Dishwasher or Integrated Washer Dryer.
Recycling of your old appliance without installation can also be purchased as a separate service here.
It’s really important that you carry out all pre-visit checks before the installers arrive. We are unable to offer any refund if the installers cannot complete the work due to something that needed to be made sure by you.
